NPFL: Warri Wolves ready for 2026-27 season

Warri Wolves assistant coach Austin Johnny says the team is ready for the 2026-27 Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, season.

Johnny revealed that the Seasiders’ target is to have a successful campaign.

He pointed out that the club has put the necessary structures in place ahead of the NPFL kick-off.

“The season is coming up gradually, and in a matter of days, the league will commence. We will approach it with all the required manpower, technicality and experience,” Johnny told the club’s media.

The young tactician added that the technical crew is confident in the squad assembled for the campaign.

“We are confident and well-equipped for the task ahead as a team. Our mission is simple – to finish on a high note!”

Warri Wolves will kick-start their campaign with a clash against Bendel Insurance at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium, Benin City.
