NPFL shifts Ikorodu City vs Wikki Tourists to May 5

The Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, has postponed the matchday 36 encounter between Ikorodu City and Wikki Tourists, DAILY POST reports.

The encounter which was initially scheduled for Sunday, 3rd May, will now be played on Tuesday 5th May 2026.

The match was postponed owing to the Lagos State Federation Cup final which is scheduled to hold on the former date.

The match will be staged at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan.

“Matchday 36 fixture, Ikorodu City v Wikki Tourists has been rescheduled from May 3 to May 5 owing to the Lagos State Federation Cup final to hold at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena in Lagos on May 3,” NPFL wrote in a statement on Monday.

Ikorodu City are chasing a first NPFL title while Wikki Tourists are battling relegation.
