2027: I didn’t buy ADC presidential form to be Vice President

Former Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, has declared that he did not buy the African Democratic Congress, ADC, presidential form to later become Vice President.

Amaechi made the assertion on Monday in an interview on Trust TV.

The former Rivers State governor was speaking on the battle for the ADC presidential ticket.

He said if the ADC wants a consensus, then there should be a meeting and if the aspirants don’t agree, everyone would go to the primaries.

“Please stop that. I didn’t buy the ADC presidential ticket to become Vice President,” he said.

Recall that Amaechi had earlier told former Vice President Atiku Abubakar that they should go to the primaries since Atiku said he does not believe in zoning.
